Why can't I login to read certain stories?
Only Premium subscribers have access to all stories. If you would like to upgrade your subscription, please call us on +44 (0) 20 7628 7676 or email
If you are a subscriber who normally has Premium access, it may be that your subscription has expired. Please contact us by phone or email to renew your subscription.
What is included in my subscription to Profit & Loss?
There are several subscription options available to you.

How can I pay for my subscription?
Please call or email us with credit card details and/or to request an invoice. The invoice will state payment options, including details of cheque and wire transfers. Please note that subscriptions delivered to subscribers located within the EU are subject to 20% VAT. Please note also that American Express payments are subject to a 4% administration charge.
What will appear on my credit card statement for my subscription?
The debit for your subscription will appear as “P&L Services Ltd”.
When will my subscription start and finish?
Your subscription will commence from receipt of payment and will expire 12 months from that date.
Will I be reminded before my subscription expires?
A reminder will be emailed to you one month prior to the expiry date of your subscription.
Will my credit card information be stored by Profit & Loss?
We do not store your full credit card information - the last 4 digits may be retained temporarily as a reference only.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Please call us on +44 (0) 20 7628 7676. A small administration charge may be levied. We will only offer a refund if there are at least 6 months remaining on your subscription. However, you may transfer a subscription to anyone else at any time without penalty.

Please follow the instructions contained within every Squawkbox Headlines email to successfully unsubscribe yourself from this service.
Why have I stopped receiving Squawkbox headlines?
Some emails are blocked by company firewalls and spam filters, please check with your IT department. If that is not the case, please contact us at from the email address you wish it to be sent to and we will confirm that we have the right email address for you on our distribution list.
