ANZ, Macquarie Bank Admit Rate Rigging in Malaysia The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has commenced legal proceedings on a consent basis against ANZ and Macquarie Bank in relation to alleged attempts to engage in cartel conduct in FX markets.
